General Returns Policy: Any item that you return MUST comply with the following:
It MUST be in the same condition in which it was sent with no visible signs of wear or damage. PLEASE NOTE:
We will not refund items that have been worn, soiled with makeup, perfume, cigarette smoke or covered in pet hairs. The item will be sent straight back to you without a refund and we will bill you for the shipping costs.
The item MUST have all of its tags and labels still attached.
In the event of any goods being faulty or not as described, return the
goods to us with 7 days and Alternate will refund the card that was
used to pay for the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please return the item within 7 days of delivery with a print out of your
order receipt, explaining the size you require and Alternate will try
to accommodate. If the size you require is not available, a refund will
be issued, minus 3.4% + £0.20 GBP. When returning an item, the Postage and Packaging cost is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to return items via recorded delivery.
